Cost of Services

Payment Options Available to You

Private pay, In-Network Insurance, Out-of-Network Insurance and Health Savings and Flex Spending Accounts.  (See accepted insurance below)

Payments that clients are responsible for must be made at the time of service via cash, check or credit card.

Rates

Rates are dependent on method of payment (insurance or private pay) and length of services. Cost per sessions: $150.

Private Pay

This option provides you with the benefit of receiving counseling services if you do not have primary insurance coverage or choose to receive services without the use of your insurance.  

Sliding Scale Fee Option (Private Pay Only) 

This applies to private pay only clients.  For clients who find it hard to seek out services due to a financial strain, a sliding scale fee may be optional. Please contact me directly to discuss further prior to the scheduling of your visit.  

In-Network Insurance 

I am paneled with multiple insurance companies, which makes it easier for individuals to get services through their insurance provider.  You will need to verify with your insurance provider as to whether or not your plan comes with mental health coverage as well as determine which insurance provider your mental health coverage is through (which may be inclusive or separate from your medical insurance coverage).

*Please see a list of insurances I accept below. **Please note: if your insurance company is listed below, this does not guarantee coverage of services offered through Embrace Healing and Wellness Therapy, LLC. Clients must verify their specific plan/benefits with the insurance provider.    

Submission of Claims to Insurance 

I will submit claims to the insurance company on your behalf given I am noted as an in-network provider with your insurance. If there is a remaining balance owed that is not covered through the insurance, you as the client or the individual responsible for payment will be expected to pay the remaining balance owed.  

What's my cost if I use my insurance?  

Depending on your insurance plan, you may have a co-pay, co-insurance, or deductible to meet before insurance pays a portion or full cost of the service. You will be expected to contact your insurance provider prior to your visit to verify exactly what you are expected to pay for outpatient mental health counseling services. Any amount you are expected to pay needs to be paid at the time services are rendered.    

Health Savings Accounts (HSA)  and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA)

(Applies to clients who have an HSA or FSA in place with their employer / insurance plan)  Depending on how your HSA is set up, you will be required to either pay for the cost of services not covered by the insurance with the use of a FSA or HSA debit/credit card or an electronic funds transfer system directly from the HSA or FSA established with the employer/company whom the medical/mental health insurance is through.
